More and more people turned to running as a form of exercise during the Covid-19 lockdowns, and this form of exercise continues to be a hugely popular activity for many, particularly at the start of a New Year.
As promised, here is part one, and as a bonus, part 2 of our running guides. They’ve been developed for anyone new to running, doing Couch to 5 K or returning to running after a break.
