Considering a new hobby or challenge for 2022? How about open water swimming?
You might be embarking on training for your first marathon or triathlon, or simply have “no chocolate” written on a post-it note on the kitchen cupboard door, but not all new challenges or New Year Resolutions have to be physically demanding, or about giving up something. At this time of year, when it is dark, cold, and with Covid-19 still very much an uncertain factor in our lives, taking time for ourselves to try something new, that can help our overall wellbeing, or just something small that we can feel positive about, can be a wonderful thing. You never know what that important groundwork may lead to.
